Across nearly 1.8 hectares, Amanaya’s gardens are an experience in themselves. Slender palm trees, ancient olive trees and jasmine beds compose a vibrant, fragrant landscape. Furthermore, an orchard and a 5,000 m² organic kitchen garden enrich the estate. At the heart of this luxury guesthouse in Marrakech, nature invites you to slow down and contemplate.
As one walks through the grounds, perspectives open and close. Alcoves of greenery, discreet patios and sun-drenched terraces appear along the way — spaces designed for solitude or quiet reflection.
At the heart of the estate, the 5,000 m² organic kitchen garden embodies the living soul of the house. Lovingly cultivated, it yields an abundance of seasonal vegetables: tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines and fresh herbs. These products are then destined for Dada’s kitchen. Finally, fruit trees punctuate the landscape — lemon, pomegranate, fig and guava trees — composing a palette as luscious as it is fragrant.
